Why should you invest End-of-Year budget in teambuilding?

  2. They leverage diversity of strengths and values, so it’s important to know what those values are and how they are different among the team members.

  3. Many people make sense of dynamics but can’t understand why things may not be working. Coming together and speaking honestly may reveal what’s really going on.

Imagine if you left an offsite with a playbook or instruction manual for how to interact with each other. Imagine if you heard from a colleague how they wanted to be called out, what their go-to defenses are or the dysfunction to look out for?
